The Assistant Ref

Description

Apparently I have two shading techniques: traditional crosshatching and digital cel painting. *shrugs* I'm a shizo artist.

Anywho, here's the Assistant, and for those of you who don't read my journals, here's a little copy-paste job ion his personality!

Assistant-Busybody and scatterbrained, Assistant is way too wired, being a fast runner and reckless driver(though he claims to be otherwise) as proof of his boundless energy. Does not take responsibility for nearly any of his mistakes, blames them on anybody close by. Despite his incompetence, is eager to please, knows everyone in Occupation, as such is a natural choice for town Mailman and Delivery Boy. The Art Troupe often makes him go on coffee runs every now and then. Also a manic chatterbox, tough to calm down, and clumsy, as if his other glaring faults weren't enough. He's okay with the pay of his job with Dictator, but wonders now and then what life would be like if he quit working for Dictator. And if he switched to decaf.
FUN FACT: Called "Yes Man" by Dictator, because one-upping Dictator in his rare moments of insecurity is often the main criteria of his job.

Enjoy. Dictator's next! I'll be drawing the ref's for these guys in order of appearance! Also except a full blueprint of sorts for HQ coming soon! (wow, now that it's summer, I can keep my artistic promises!!!~)

I just noticed we have something in common; we're always coming up with new characters! (you should see the ones I've come up with in my J.E.D.I. folder)

Nice new OC you've got here. And it's cool that you're doing some new digital art; kinda missed that.

Also, I learned a bit about cross-hatching in my art class when doing a color wheel assignment.
