EddiexSatsuki: Dance Floor

Noticing,
that you move in all the right ways,
I wish I could gather up my strength
to move along with you.
But just what is holding me back???

I've always thought these guys would end up together by the end of the story. I didn't get the chance to give it away in Chapter 19 that by the time Gilly's 16, they're supposed to be together. They've got a lot in common, though they'd never admit it, and both have had bad relationships in the past. With scars on their hearts, and the personalities that would never reach out to someone else...plus the fact (that I was never able to explain because it wasn't necessary) that fraternization between Cards of the same Suit is frowned upon...I should write a short story focusing just on them. I think I will. *smiles*

Anyway, this is Satsuki thinking back to the dancing scene in Chapter 6, only this time she's in her actual attire, rather than the frilly stuff she wore to impress Ace. Gilly's not there, either, it's just her, watching Eddie (who's dressing in my opinion, like the 5th member of the Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club xD) strut his stuff. The magical and beatifully detailed black blobs in the foreground and background are supposed to be nameless and featureless people, OTL. Both have features of their "role" i Wonderland, the Mock Turtle (Satsuki) and the Jabberwocky (Eddie).
