65. Horror

First, before I get into my far-too-elaborate description of this piece, a few notable quotables from the dream apparition of this lovely, frightening creature:
"Well, I am about to steal your sense of proportion, how on earth would you know if your problems were bigger or smaller without it?"
"Congratulations, I've made your face lovely! Only thing is..I've got your nose!"
"Shh...time to sleep now..."*steals British flag*

"Sorry, I forgot to leave a gift for you this time."
(don't worry love, just ask and I'll explain that last one. Didn't go quite as we expected and this is not a personal message this is a description for the general public therefore I should stop.)

As for the title, I wouldn't say so much that the subject of this portrait is a horror, but the horror being done to her. You asked for it, darling.

this is a (semi-collaborative) portrait of . She decided that she wanted a chessboard background, to be stabbed in the legs with ten syringes (those are various colorful fruit juices in those syringes, I wager. *shrugs*), and she wanted the text in the back to read "THEY TOOK MY FACE" so there you go!~ Isn't it lovely?

Also, darling, if you didn't expect the "surprise costume" you'd be wearing to be this, then I worry about you. A lot. (Oh, wait, I already worry about you, but in a different way~<3)
The other choice I had was joker, but hell, I already gave you a Joker-like face, so there. Also, he and the Warden have suspiciously similar attire...and backstories...and degrees of insanity...hrmm...*shudders*

And I was FINALLY able to incorporate my new traditional shading technique to my digital drawings! Takes forever tough, just like traditional art does...RIP, bucket tool, I want my stuff to look consistent, screw smoothness.

I really love drawing Burton-lesque style! It's a style I rarely get to utilize! Ill have to make another excuse to draw in it again!
